We offer free meditation classes and workshops throughout the year. Our classes are taught by Sri Chinmoy’s students and based on his philosophy and heart-centered meditation techniques. These workshops are generally designed in four progressive sessions in order to:
- Offer simple, powerful meditation techniques to reduce stress, improve focus and foster general well being.
- Help participants build and maintain a daily meditation practice
- Support participants through weekly group meditation and discussion
Our next set of workshops will begin in May of 2024.
Please keep in mind that the first two sessions are open to everyone, while the second two are open only to those who have attended one of the first two sessions.
